This project took a total of about 16 weeks from initial design discussions to launch. The Bent Tree web site is a total of 6 sites within a WordPress multi-site network. Main, Golf, Tennis, Stables, Tavern, Real-Estate and Members Only each have their own place to shine within their own specialty.
The site offers a single sign-on for members, where a member can log in and remain logged in as they move through the entire site.
Bent Tree boasts approximately 200 static pages and will be growing as the residents start to add blog posts and other content to the site.
Custom code and 3 plugins were written to provide the necessary bespoke pages for the numerous clubs and committees.
The system pushed the limits of Active Campaign and ActiveMember360 to provide a tag based membership system with about 400 tags, 50 lists and designed for about 1,000 members.
